In the gym – We help you break PB’s using customised training at our private facility in Canary Wharf that delivers results.
In your sport – Specific strength and conditioning to help you optimise performance in your given sport. Improving mobility, strength and endurance to help you be a better athlete.
At work – Our training will reduce stress and improve productivity. Enhancing energy levels and focus whilst improving sleep quality will all help you make the most of your working day. Our coaching goes deeper than what happens in the gym.
At home – Helping you to be pain free, stronger, more energised and less stressed so you can better enjoy your time at home. Whether you want to play with your kids pain free or just switch off with your partner.
How We do it
Tailor
Training – We customise our system to every client, using findings from your movement screening to help prescribe the correct exercises and methods for you. Every clients needs will change based on different variables such as; age, gender, training age and goals and my system is adaptable. All sessions delivered at our private gym in Canary Wharf.
Nutrition – One of the first steps on your journey is a strategy meeting where we discuss in detail some key educational topics surrounding optimising your nutrition and then set your fully personalised nutrition targets. We will go over your daily calorie and macronutrient targets that will best support your training. We believe in creating a sustainable nutrition approach that works for you, so this is incredibly individualised.
Education – A key focus of ours as a coach is giving our members the tools to take ownership of their journey themselves. We help create sustained success by imparting knowledge to our clients so that they can make sustainable changes to their training, nutrition and lifestyle. Each individual will be in a different place regarding their experience and therefore we support you in areas that we think you will benefit from the most and meet you where you are at.
Connect
With my members – I have limited places available on my coaching programme because I take pride in investing in each and every one of my members’ journeys. Building connection with each individual so that I can guide you through the process of achieving your desired outcomes.
With your body – Throughout your journey, you will become more in-tune with your body and its needs. Every body is different and understanding what your body requires to function optimally is key. Connecting with how your body moves and reacts to different stimulus is a powerful tool.
Empower
You – In connecting with my members and adapting my approach to the individual I am able to educate and support you in your journey. I will give you the tools to better your understanding of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. This is a foundation of my service as it plays a major role in creating sustained success for my members.
