How we can help
Rowers need to have incredible strength and endurance to perform to the best of their ability. Alongside efficient energy systems you must build structural integrity throughout your body. We help you build power output, mobility and muscular endurance through key muscle groups such as the Glutes, Quads and Lats. This will include specific movements tailored towards improving capacity at key joints such as the shoulder and hip, so you are strong through large ranges of motion. Optimising your biomechanics to stay injury free and efficient. We also introduce you to optimal breathing mechanics to improve your aerobic efficiency at high intensities and at rest.
Tier 1 Membership
- 60 min Movement Screen + Strategy Consultation*.
- 2-4 workouts programmed and sent to your mobile, remote coaching through TrueCoach.
- Monthly 30min check in calls.
- Custom nutrition guidelines.
