How we can help
Swimming requires good muscular endurance in a variety of major muscle groups. Having sufficient mobility through the shoulders and hips is imperative as the joints are working through large ranges of motions. We focus our training on building capacity through these major joints using joint articulations and other methods to build strength in positions that replicate a swimming experience. We also introduce you to breathing techniques that will improve your aerobic efficiency at high intensities and at rest. Our pillars of mobility, strength and endurance are perfect for building a body that can perform well in the water.
Tier 1 Membership
- 60 min Movement Screen + Strategy Consultation*.
- 2-4 workouts programmed and sent to your mobile, remote coaching through TrueCoach.
- Monthly 30min check in calls.
- Custom nutrition guidelines.
